Dear Valued Patient:

I hope that you and your family are well at this time. I am pleased to announce that our practice will be moving to "The Buffalo Dental Group" at 6600 Main St. in Williamsville, beginning on or about February 1, 2024. Our Maple Road team will be joining this very fine practice and we wish to make this transition as seamless as possible. This opportunity enables us to work alongside other experienced dental peers, which will allow us to share and grow our clinical experience. The future dental hygiene appointment that you made is still in the schedule and with the same dental hygienist that you most recently saw, but just at a different location. I will be keeping my same schedule as before, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and not on Thursday.

We will be keeping the same telephone number (716) 634-3055, and I plan on keeping the same dental insurance participation as before. If there are any changes in this area that occur, we will let you know. As you can imagine the transition occurring and the logistical steps that will be taken to physically move to a new location will be challenging, but we intend to work through the steps and accomplish this goal. Thank you very much for your loyalty to our practice over the years and we look forward to seeing you at our new location in the near future.
