Dear Valued Patient:

I hope that you and your family are well at this time. I am pleased to announce that our practice has relocated to "The Buffalo Dental Group" at 6600 Main St. in Williamsville. Our original team has joined this very fine practice and this opportunity enables us to work alongside other experienced dental peers, which will allow us to share and grow our clinical experience. I will be keeping my same schedule as before, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and not on Thursday.

We have retained the same telephone number (716) 634-3055, and I plan on keeping the same dental insurance participation as before. Thank you very much for your loyalty to our practice over the years and we look forward to seeing you at our new location in the near future.
